T&C Family Office Group Process

We generally serve as the coach to your team of advisors including attorneys, investment advisors and the like.  We can assist in the selection of this advisory team and from there work through our process  with you and your family – Five Steps to Wealth Independence.

INTRODUCTIONS AND GOAL SETTING MEETINGS

  • Meet the T&C Family Office Group team
  • Understand your needs and goals
  • Discuss the diagnostic process and available services

 

DIAGNOSTIC REVIEW

  • Review contracts, operating agreements, tax returns, estate plan, trust documents, financial statements, investment portfolio, aircraft and yacht ownership documents, stock option plans, executive comp agreements and more
  • Speak with existing and/or potential client service providers such as investment advisors, lawyers, and insurance consultants
  • Meet with family members (when desired)
  • Visit business sites, properties and residences as necessary

 

PRESENTATION OF INITIAL FINDINGS

We will present our findings to you in a thoughtful manner, explaining as much or as little as you see fit. If you should have any questions that follow, participate in the selection of other service advisors (as necessary).


 

DEVELOPMENT OF FINAL SERVICE PLAN

Our service plans are tailored to suit your needs. Each client and situation demands a different plan, and we will work to develop one that is efficient and is best suited to your needs. This may include a financial plan and/or other estate and income tax strategies.


 

IMPLEMENTATION OF SERVICE PLAN AND FOLLOW UP
